Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Planck Security services (including the Planck Manage web app) provided by Global Innovator Fund (CHE-114.042.614) ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

We provide software services that allow an organization to manage users, organizations, and verification workflows.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may only use the Services for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You must not (a) misuse the Services, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (c) interfere with service operation, (d) reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions except where mandatory law permits.

4. Fees

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply.

5. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the term, subject to these Terms.

6. Customer data

You are responsible for the data you submit to the Services and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and notices. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Zurich, Switzerland.
